Mend started with two friends, Michael and Daniel, who were tired of seeing good properties handed back half-finished. The name says what we do — we mend things — and it carries our initials too: M and N for Michael Núñez, D and E for Daniel Escobar.
We're still the ones walking your unit, answering your texts and checking the last paint line before we hand over the keys. No call center, no rotating crews you've never met — just the same two owners who gave you the quote.
